I'm Jacob Rogers, founder of Facility Maintenance Group. When you choose FMG, you can be sure we'll provide you with the expertise you need to get your job done right. My own experience includes 'growing up' in my dad's landscaping business. He taught me early on the importance of customer service and in providing a quality product.
I started Facility Maintenance Group in 2000 with those as my priorities. We started as a sweeping company, but soon began adding other services as clients needed them. Although our team will be there whenever we're scheduled to be, we also have built a strong support system in the event you have an emergency situation that needs to be handled, from windows broken in the night to a spill that needs cleaned up and virtually anything in between. Our phone is answered by a real human being, 24/7/365, and they have the power to dispatch the trained service personnel you need immediately. If you are in our service area, we promise to be at your location within a maximum of four hours of the time you call, usually much sooner.
